Non-Refundable deposit of £50 required to secure booking
We ask for a £100.00 security deposit to be sent with the balance. This will be refunded to you on return of the apartment keys and checking of apartment.
Full balance required 28 days before arrival date
Cancellation charges at 50% between 27 and 15 days prior to arrival
Cancellation charges at 100% less than 15 days prior to arrival
Availability:
The apartment Paraiso is available all year round
Changeover day is Saturday but we will offer some flexibility if possible. It will be available from 3.00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival. You should vacate the apartment by 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
